From HUHS- Host Families Wanted: Harwood Union High School will be hosting 23 Chinese students for a 2-week summer camp from July 8 - July 20. We are part of a consortium of high schools around Vermont working with Spiral International (which is affiliated with Green Across the Pacific and the Vermont Peace Academy) to set up this English/culture immersion program for the students. Right now, we are looking for host families who could provide a "home away from home" for 1 to 2 students during the two weeks of the camp. You would need to get them to (9 am) and from (4 - 5 pm) Harwood, provide separate beds, and meals. There is a stipend to help defray food costs. Please let me know if you would be interested in becoming a part of this wonderful opportunity. You may reply to this email, or leave Lilli Lenz a message at: 882-1185, firstname.lastname@example.org
