Jan 1

Reminder- no school for students on Monday, January 2nd.

Want a chance to volunteer at CBMS?  Two great opportunities:
  • The Trish Feld Library is looking for volunteers who would be interested in shelving books.  The time commitment is up to you. The library is open 7:30 - 3:00 so anytime Monday - Friday would be a tremendous help!  Contact Jennifer Hill 244-6100 ext.244
  • Composting Monitors need for the Cougar Cafe, beginning Monday, January 23rd.  Lunches begin at 11 and run through 12:30, and you can sign up online at

Due to the current lack of available bus drivers, the Bolton Ski Program will not be happening this year.

X-Country Skiing will be happening this Thursday, with a bit of help from Mother Nature.  Skiers must have returned their pink health forms in order to participate. Students should come to school with warm clothes, hats, mittens, etc and a snack, and must be picked up at TBPS at 5:15.
Because the bus is very full it would be helpful if we know which kids will not be skiing each week.  Parents- please email coordinator Alex Houston by Tuesday if your child will not be participating on any given week-

Box Tops- we love 'em!  Thanks for clipping and sending into the CBMS office.

The Vermont Girls Collaborative is hosting a free and open to the public showing of the film "Miss Representation" followed by a panel discussion on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 6:30pm to 9:30pm at The Savoy Theatre, 26 Main Street, Montpelier.  For more details, check out the E-Community Bulletin Board.
