  1. Visit the school’s homepage  (http://cbms.wwsu.org/) and select the Online Scheduler icon/link.
  2. From the Online Scheduler Home Page
    1. Choose your student’s school from the drop down list and click “GO”
    2. Enter the school password (cbms)
    3. Click on the "use the LOOKUP STUDENT ID" button to access the system.
    4. Verify the student’s birth date
    5. A list of your student’s teachers will be displayed. Check the box next to the name of each teacher(s) you would like to meet with.
    6. If you have more than one student in the school you can see all of your students’ teachers’ schedules at one time by answering YES to this question “Do you want to schedule conferences for another student?” then repeat the steps above for your other students. If you only have one student, answer NO to that question.
    7. You will then see the available time slots for each teacher you selected.
    8. Select the times that work best for your schedule.
    9. Enter your email address (recommended) if you would like an email reminder sent to you. (Your email address is kept private.)
    10. Once you have finished you can confirm your appointment details and print your conference schedule.
    11. Write down the Confirmation Number (you will need this number to cancel your appointment)

Community Holiday Programs for Families in Need - Several area organizations are interested in sponsoring children and/or families during the upcoming holiday season.  They have enlisted our help to make contact with interested families who have children, and who would like to receive assistance. The Waterbury Area Food Shelf and the Duxbury Elf Shelf (food shelf) can provide area residents with a “Holiday Food Box.”  The food box will contain items that may be used to prepare a holiday meal for families in need. Additionally, the Merchants Bank Waterbury branch will display a “Holiday Giving Tree” for area children and senior citizens.  Community members will either purchase or make a gift for an anonymous child (according to the age, gender, and size provided).  Waterbury and Duxbury residents with children enrolled in grades Pre K- 8 are eligible to participate.  The gifts for the children will be delivered to Thatcher Brook Primary School and will be available for pick up by a parent or guardian on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 17th, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. in the school cafeteria. If your family is interested in receiving from either of these programs, please return the completed form to school by Friday, November 08, 2012.  Forms will not be accepted after November 15, 2013. Click here for more information.

Thanksgiving Apple Pie Fundraiser - Senior Girl Scout troop 30028, along with several CBMS Change the World students, are selling apple pies to benefit the local food shelves and the Waterbury Good Neighbor Fund.  Made with local VT apples and fully homemade crusts, they are only $13 each.  Pie pick up is Saturday, Nov. 23 from 4-6PM at the Waterbury Congregational Church.  Please email kimbelongia@yahoo.com to place your Thanksgiving pie order before they sell out!
