Form Packets, with all of those start-of-year forms, will be coming home on Tuesday in your child's "backpack express".  Thanks in advance for attending to these forms, and returning them with your child asap!

8th Grade Math and Algebra - this year all 8th graders will have the opportunity to earn high school Algebra credit through achievement in the core team 8th grade math class.  Connected Math 3 is the latest version of this program, and the one we are using, and the 8th grade curriculum has proven extremely robust in Algebra concepts.  Thus, there will be no separate Algebra Seminar.  Student progress towards the meeting and exceeding of Algebra standards will be clear as the year progresses, and you can expect to hear more about this as the year gets rolling.

7th and 8th Grade Harwood Middle School Fall Sports will begin Aug 27 with our Parent/Athlete/Coach Meeting at 6:00 in the Harwood Auditorium. This is for MS XC (HUMS and CBMS), and MS Field Hockey (HUMS and CBMS).  Prior to the first practice, all participants must be registered through Family ID online registration. NO paper forms will be accepted. Additionally, proof of a physical within the last 2 years is also required.  Information on signing up online can be found by clicking here.  Any questions, please email Sue Duprat at
