April 22

Community Conversations "Celebration" being held on Monday April 25 from 6:00-7:00PM at CBMS.

Event Date: April 25, 2016
Time: 6:00-7:00PM
Location: Crossett Brook Middle School

Please join us for a celebration of the culmination of our Community Conversations which took place during the month of March. During the series of conversations over 100 parents, community members, staff, and students participated in a dialogue about the future of education in our communities. At this event we will share what we learned from this experience, and the actionable feedback that was received. This event is open to anyone regardless of whether or not they attended the Community Conversations. Directly following this event there will be an opportunity to continue the conversation to consider ways to become involved in helping this initiative have impact. Or, for those who are interested we will also be offering a chance to view the documentary film "Most Likely To Succeed".

Staff Appreciation Week - Happy Spring Everyone - It is that time of year again when we give praises and thanks to everyone that makes your child's day a good one at CBMS. This is for those who keep the sidewalks clear to the one who feed your child to those who engage their mind. Help me put together a wonderful week full of thanks.  Staff appreciation week is May 2nd thru May 6th. I am looking for help in the following ways: monetary donations to help with the staff luncheon and breakfast, help with food and setting up and cards and banners would be great, too. You can sign up to donate something by clicking here.  This is the last hurrah heading into the last month and a half of school and it really warms the hearts of the staff to know how appreciated they are. If you can help us with a monetary donation please send checks or cash into the office and attention it to me, Leslie Proteau, and checks can be made out to CBMS PTO. If you are interested in making a dish, a dessert or just helping with any food, click here.  Thank you all and let's all make this years Staff Appreciation week the best ever!!  Leslie Proteau - blaproto@comcast.net
