Online Sign-ups for Fall Conferences are now open! The Fall round of Student-Led Conferences will be happening in the afternoon and evening on Thursday, November 10th.  As your child is leading this conference, please make sure he/she attends with you!  Online sign-ups close at the end of the day on Sunday, November 6th. You can access this system via the link on the CBMS Homepage. The password for CBMS is "cbms". Step-By-Step instructions to sign-up:

  • Visit the CBMS homepage (http://cbms.wwsu.org/) and click the "Online Scheduler" icon.
  • Choose CBMS from the drop down list and click “GO”
  • Enter the school password (cbms)
  • Click on the "use the LOOKUP STUDENT ID" button to access the system.
  • Verify the child’s birth date
  • A list of your child’s Applied Academics and PE teachers and core team will be displayed. Check the box next to the name of each team/teacher(s) you would like to schedule with.  Student-led conferences will happen on the core team.
  • If you have more than one child in the school you can see all of your children's teachers schedules at one time by answering YES to this question “Do you want to schedule conferences for another student?” then repeat the steps above for your other students. If you only have one child at CBMS, answer NO to that question.
  • You will then see the available time slots for each teacher you selected.
  • Select the times that work best for your schedule.
  • Enter your email address (recommended) if you would like an email reminder sent to you. (Your email address is kept private.)
  • Once you have finished you can confirm your appointment details and print your conference schedule.

PTO NEWS

FUN NIGHT
A giant Cougar THANKS to all of the parents who made our first FUN NIGHT of the school year an incredible success! The snack tables were full of healthy treats and delicious baked-goods (did you see the eyeball cupcakes!) and chaperones seemed to have as much fun as the students (moms know "The Cupid Shuffle?")! Did we mention that 112 students participated??  Thanks to Kathleen Luce for her leadership and don't forget to mark your calendars for the holiday-themed FUN NIGHT on December 2nd! Online permission forms are required and will be available online mid-November!

WINTER "FUN"RAISER
By now, you have likely seen the winter fundraiser information flyer and order form. Our hope is that your student(s) is working hard to sell holiday wreaths, poinsettias and fudge to raise funds for his/her team's enrichment activities planned for the spring. Information, due dates and a downloadable order form can be found HERE on the PTO WEBSITE. Please email Amy Gibbs at amy.gibbs@cvmc.org with questions and Happy Selling!
